Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with basic office management duties as needed Skills:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively - Experience with order entry systems and inventory management software is a plus - Knowledge of general office procedures and office management practices - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines Note:
