Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, fast service to customers, ensuring an excellent experience with every visit.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and baked goods, maintaining Dunkin's standards of quality and freshness.
Work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in both guest and work areas.
Understand and communicate knowledgeably about the menu, including seasonal or promotional items.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and handle cash transactions.
Assist in the stocking and organization of products and supplies.
Adhere to safety and compliance standards set by both Dunkin' and ZSC Enterprises.
Qualifications:
No experience necessary! As long as you have a great attitude, we'll teach you what you need to know! A passion for guest service and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Ability to work well in a team and have a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
