CMC Logistics, a division of Container Maintenance Corporation, is seeking a talented Dispatcher.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating of all of activities related to transportation operations.
We seek candidates with a background and passion for delivering superior service and have the ability to expand operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups based on customer requirements Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Monitor transportation routes and optimize efficiency by planning the most cost-effective routes Track shipments using transportation management systems to provide real-time updates to customers Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including driver logs, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation operations Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, inventory control, and customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations And any other tasks as delegated and assigned by management Requirements:
Prior experience as a Logistics Dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred, but we also welcome entry-level applicants who have a desire to succeed Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills are desired to help prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of relevant regulations governing transportation operations is desirable Proficient in using computer software programs such as MS Office Suite or similar applications for data entry and analysis High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required Join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless movement of goods and materials.
